Dr. Christopher Moutos, M.D.
A native Arkansan, Dr. Moutos is excited to help all patients achieve their reproductive goals through personalized, evidence-based, and compassionate care.
He graduated summa cum laude from the University of Arkansas where he was recognized as the top graduating senior and top graduating honors student in the J. William Fulbright College of Arts & Sciences. Dr. Moutos earned his medical degree from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. During medical school, he completed a clinical research fellowship through the National Institute of Diabetes and Digestive and Kidney Diseases at Johns Hopkins University, as well as a year-long basic science research fellowship through the Howard Hughes Medical Institute at the Salk Institute for Biological Studies.
Dr. Moutos completed a residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Texas Medical Branch Galveston, serving as Administrative Chief Resident and receiving multiple awards for excellence in patient care, research, and teaching. He then pursued a fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at the Weill Cornell Medical Center at New York Presbyterian Hospital. His fellowship thesis earned first place at the Robert Sassoon Chief Residents’ and Fellows’ Research Day.
With a strong research background, Dr. Moutos is dedicated to advancing the field of reproductive medicine. He has presented his research at national and international conferences, and he has authored numerous publications in leading medical journals including Obstetrics & Gynecology, The American Journal of Obstetrics and Gynecology, and Fertility and Sterility.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Moutos enjoys spending time with his new rescue dog and is an avid runner, having completed the Boston, New York, Chicago, and Tokyo marathons, among many others.
